Ordering
Orders received at playgravity.com are subject to the general conditions of sale as governed by Swiss law. When an order arrives at playgravity.com, a confirmation e-mail is sent to the buyer’s e-mail address. This confirmation contains all key order information. Any discrepancies should be forwarded to us immediately at orders@ playgravity.com

Delivery
Your order usually ships within 2-3 business days. We try to use the best way of delivery in terms of shipping fast but with reasonable costs.
For international deliverys of course customs can create delays.

Returns Policy
At playgravity.com. we hope you will enjoy your DVD.
However, if there is a problem with the disc, you can return it to us in its original condition, within 3 days, and we will either replace it or issue a full refund for the item.
To return an item, please enclose a note giving the reason for the return, wrap the package securely and send the package to the address below. In the case of defective DVD playback, please provide a full description of the fault.
